How Do You Say *burp* In Italian?

Thursday, January 7, 2010

I have ethnically confused taste buds {they think they're Italian}. And they are doing a jig right now. The other day I received a generous, beautiful, ginormous gift basket full of pasta, cheese, olive oil, aged balsamic vinegar, amaretti cookies, crackers, and gobs more.

Carbs, carbs, carbs = nom, nom, nom

Heaven sent, surely. Okay not exactly. It was a birthday gift from some wonderful friends.

Aww, what a nice gift! My taste buds think they're Italian too. I wonder if that's the problem? ;)

You have some really nice friends!
That is a gorgeous gift basket. Those are some of MY favorite things, too. My tastebuds think they are Italian, too - much to my Irish grandfather'd dismay. :-)
My Yorkie (you know, the ENGLISH dog) thinks he is Italian, too - he LOVES Italian food, too!
Hope you enjoy every little thing in there, you deserve to be happy!!
