Bibs. That unfortunately necessary struggle during meal time. Charlie is a diligent protester when it comes wearing a bib. She pulls, she huffs & puffs, she tugs, and of course she squawks until she is able to riiiiip it off her neck. I know Velcro comes in handy for many things, but bibs? Not in our home. That won't last more than 30 seconds around her neck. Plus I hate how Velcro tends to build up lint and strings in the wash and loose their "stick".That's why I was so glad to see that the Silly Billyz bib we would be reviewing had a snap button closure. This bib is here to stay! Silly Billz is being brought to the US by Bobux USA distributors. Here's a little bit more about their bibs from the site:
All Silly Billyz bibs are PVC and Lead free. They feature a two position snap closure for adjustable comfort. Snap closures are more secure and last longer than Velcro closures. Silly Billyz bibs are preferred by daycare centers for their durability, wash-ability and their ability to repel stains.
I chose the biblet embroidered with "I'm The Boss"for Charlie because it's so true. I say it often "She's the boss, I just work here", so I couldn't have picked a better saying for her bib. Her new bib is 100% velour cotton, very soft yet durable. After she's done eating, I simply dampen the biblet and clean up her face, then do a quick wipe down of her tray. Double duty! Of course she tried to do away with the bib. But when she realized her efforts were futile, she continued on enjoying dinner. Success!!
