Giveaway Entry Rules

The following are generic extra entries and apply to every giveaway on this blog.

Follow, subscribe, or fave me at any of these places for 1 entry each leaving your username in your comment.

 

•Follow my blog via blogger or google friend connect.
•Post my button on you blog sidebar, leaving a link.
•Digg the giveaway post, leaving your Digg username. {please do not use Stumble Upon in this manner it is against their ToS}
•Add me to your text blog roll, leaving a link
•Blog about this giveaway, leaving a direct link, for 3 entries, commenting 3 times. Savvy?
•Don't forget each giveaway can be tweeted daily, leaving a comment once a day with the direct link

• 1 entry per household/IP address. If you are going about this sneakily you will be completely disqualified from any future giveaways hosted on my blog. With or without notice. 
• If I see any entrants that are continually acting "shady" i.e. emailing the giveaway to their myspace email. - said person will be completely disqualified from any future giveaways hosted on my blog. With or without notice. 
  
• A simple "enter me" will not work. Show respect to me & the sponsor, put forth the effort with the initial entry rule.
  
• If extra entries aren't submitted separately, they'll count for one.
• If you tweet about said giveaway you must leave a direct link to your tweet.
  
• Giveaways are typically open to US unless otherwise specified.
• Void where prohibited by law
• No Purchase necessary - nor will it increase your chances of winning
• I use Prizey.net {which uses random.org} to pick my winners. I am now drawing and announcing winners on my blog on SUNDAYs - after I've had coffee - each is emailed and given 48 hours to claim their prize unless otherwise stated.

From time to time, people may be drawn as the winners who have already won on my blog. It's the luck of the draw! I do not have a rule or policy enforcing a limit of the number of times one can win my giveaways.

And please keep in mind this section specifically from my disclosure policy in regards to giveaways:

This blog uses Prizey.net {which uses random.org} to choose the winners of giveaways, unless otherwise noted in rules. This blog will make every effort to deliver prizes or have prizes delivered to winner(s). However unlikely the scenario may be; this blog and its author are not responsible for giveaway prizes that are lost in transit or damaged. This blog is also not responsible if a sponsor/company does not send prize(s). Blog author will communicate with said company(s) several times, in an effort to resolve issue.

The owner{s} of this blog is also not responsible or liable for ANY allergic reaction, accident, or injury caused by a product that has been featured/reviewed on this blog. Always check with your doctor before using or consuming product that is questionable in nature.

If winner does not claim their prize within the allotted time, said prize is considered forfeited. So make sure you check your emails people! I will then either re-random for a new winner or offer the prize up as a LIVE giveaway. Which method I opt for is solely my decision.
