Simple form for review and/or giveaway requests.

Because my family is my priority, I am more selective with what I review and which companies I work with. I feel it is important to make sure what I review will not only be a good fit for my family, but also my readers. Having said that, writing your review may take up to a month after receiving the product. I appreciate your patience and understanding.

Review policies:

I do not charge for reviews. I provide my opinion about products/services/sites that I feel my audience would be interested in. If your product/service/site does not appear to be a good fit, I may decline the review.

I will always be honest with my readers in my reviews, so minor constructive criticism may be included if I deem it necessary. Though, I will not post blatant negative reviews on my site as I only promote products that I believe in and would use with my own family. If I have a problem with your product, I will contact you directly.

Since I actually use products prior to writing up a review, any sample products will not be returned unless mutually agreed upon beforehand and the sponsor pays for the return shipping. I may be willing to return a product if a giveaway will be offered for my readers.

You can trust that I will never ever turn around and sell a product once I've reviewed it. People who do that lack integrity and cast a negative view on the rest of us "review bloggers".

Giveaway policies:

Please contact me if you would like me to host a giveaway for your product on my site. Giveaways must be family friendly. Blog giveaways are an inexpensive and effective way to advertise. For just providing a product, your company and products will be introduced to hundreds of readers (and possibly new customers too!), by allowing me to help you spread the word. In hosting a giveaway, I would instead do a post featuring your company and products, and list the giveaway with the post. The only thing required from you is a product for review and/or the product for winner(s). I typically run giveaways/contests for 3 weeks unless sponsor requests otherwise. All giveaway winners are chosen with Prizey.net - which uses random.org - to ensure for a fairly run giveaway.

My standard entries for giveaways are as follows -

Required entry - Visit company website & leave a comment stating another product that interests the reader.
Extra/optional entries - Encourage connecting on Twitter. Subscribe to company's email newsletter.
Along with other optional entries like subscribing to my blog, tweeting, etc.
*** NOTE: Due to Facebook's Terms of Service Section 4.2, I will NOT require or ask my readers to "like" or fan, update their status, upload a picture, or write on a company's wall/page. I want it to be clear that Facebook has no affiliation whatsoever with giveaways hosted on my blog. ***
